Training analysis
I will provide assistance with the new MCC requirements from the Central Bank of Ireland. I will conduct a training needs analysis, as required, to identify your training needs for both staff and volunteers. From this analysis I will devise a training plan with an agreed budget.
Training delivery
Once the training needs have been identified I will deliver the relevant courses either physically or remotely. CuAspire has a bank of mandatory courses available and can also create new courses to meet your needs.
